★The dough mixing system evenly mixes the flour and water. The dual-shaft, multi-stage and multi-speed can be set at various speeds. The flour is mixed more evenly, which is beneficial to the next pressing process.

★The calendering machine continuously calenders the formed dough strips into dough sheets that meet certain thickness requirements through multiple rollers, and then is cut into strips by a dough knife, and the sheets are automatically fed from the top.

★The noodle steamer sends the corrugated and arranged noodles into the steaming box on the mesh belt, and uses steam to heat the noodles to gelatinize and fix the shape of the corrugated surface.

★The cutting machine can customize square or round dough cakes with different diameters and thicknesses according to requirements. After cutting into boxes, it needs to be blown and shaped before entering the frying stage

★ Instant noodle frying machine with roller type residue filter + fine filter, the oil circuit is recycled, energy saving and no peculiar smell.
